Cylingas Company LLC (CCL) was established on 28 April 1974 by a decree of the late ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum and began full operations in 1976 as the first GCC company based in Dubai to manufacture gas cylinders. While initially involved in gas cylinders manufacturing and supplying to both domestic and regional markets, Cylingas managed to turn focus into bulk liquid storage in the late 90s and early 2000, Coinciding with local expansion of Oil & Gas sector in the Region and across the UAE.
