Founded in 1996 in Dubai, UAE, Ducast Factory LLC has been at the cutting edge of technology in design, manufacture and supply of municipality and engineering castings. The company prides itself in being the pioneer in ductile casting business in GCC with an annual production capacity of over 18,000 MT of castings for various applications. With the increased capacity we are now catering to new markets in the UK, United State of America, Europe & MENA regions. Ducast is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ADNOC ICV certified company with major product line KITEMARKED as per BSI (British Standard Institution). We are technically equipped with the state-of-art machineries and are capable of producing castings from 0.5 KG to 1 Ton in any form, shape or grade to suit any market/ client requirement. As part of our ongoing efforts for continual improvement, we have moved from our existing facility in Dubai to a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in UAE’s capital of Abu Dhabi (KIZAD). This is fully operational from the year 2022 onwards and is a state of the art foundry with the latest technology of Greensand (Belloi-Italian & Koyo-Japanese) and No-Bake (Omega-UK) moulding system in addition to our wide array of equipment and machinery, which will ensure more accurate and best possible product quality. Pattern and toolings are designed by licensed 3D modeling software and then manufactured using the CNC machines (Flexicam and CNC Vertical Machining Centers). The in-house testing capabilities are also enhanced by commissioning a full fledge chemical, mechanical, metallurgical and sand testing laboratory.
