The POD Company?is a company under the umbrella of the well-established Speed House Group of Companies, already dealing with offsite construction of light weight steel houses, and glass reinforced concrete GRC. The Pod company was established to provide off site construction solutions that will eventually result in a higher quality product as well as overall reduction in cost, project execution time, waste and coordination. Pre-engineered bathroom pods have successfully been used as a crucial part of the modern building industry in Europe. It is rare that a project with a repetitive number of bathrooms is built without using bathroom pods.

Products

The Pod Company will design, manufacture, deliver and install offsite manufactured bathroom pods as a full turn-key bathroom solution, consisting of floor, walls, ceiling, with all internal finishes 100 % complete. A pre-engineered bathroom pod is a bathroom built off site, designed bespoke to each different project to suit the building and specification to the request of the client, architect and/or main contractor.
